Nippon Sangyo Suishin Kiko raises $532m

The Tokyo-headquartered firm closes its second private equity fund.

Nippon Sangyo Suishin Kiko held a final close for its NSSK II (INTL) Investment fund at $532 million. The fund exceeded its original $500 target, which started fundraising in January 2017.

Eaton Partners is the placement agent for the fund.

The firm will use the capital to make buyout investments in healthcare, consumer, retail and leisure companies in Japan.
