NN Investment Partners raises $250m

The asset manager holds initial close for impact investing fund, to be invested alongside FMO.

NN–FMO Emerging Markets Loans Fund has held a first close at $250 million. The fund was launched in May 2015 with an overall target of $750 million and will allow investors to co-invest alongside FMO in loans to financial institutions, renewable energy projects and agribusiness companies in emerging markets. A second close is expected later in the year.
