New York State Common Retirement Fund has agreed to commit $450 million to Whitehorse Liquidity Partners (Empire), according to the pension’s November 2020 monthly report.
The $216.30 billion US public pension has a 10.0 percent target allocation to private equity that currently stands at 10.50 percent.
