Omnes closes buy of Camerus Group

Omnes said May 9 that it closed its buy of Camerus Group, which it first invested in in 2013. Financial terms weren’t announced. With the refinance, Camerus, a French furniture rental company for trade fairs, conferences and professional events, has bought Lign’Expo.
