PE-backed Convenient Payments acquires Mainstreet Computers

Convenient Payments LLC, a portfolio company of The Beekman Group, has acquired Belleville, Michigan-based Mainstreet Computers, a SaaS company providing solutions for the auto and flat glass industries. No financial terms were disclosed. Generational Capital Markets advised Mainstreet Computers on the deal.
