PE-backed Esdec B.V. acquires Quick Mount PV

Esdec B.V., which is backed by Gilde Buy Out Partners, has acquired Quick Mount PV, a maker of solar mounting and racking hardware for the U.S. residential and commercial markets. No financial terms were disclosed. FMI Capital Advisers was financial adviser to Quick Mount PV on the deal.
