PE-backed Fortis makes two acquisitions

Fortis Solutions Group, a portfolio company of Main Post Partners, has made two acquisitions: Flowery Branch, Georgia-based Premier Georgia Printing and Labels, a full-service labels, packaging, folding carton, offset and flat sheet printing company; and Austin, Texas-based Austin Label Company, a provider of labels for customers in the wine, spirits and food end-markets. No financial terms were disclosed.
