PE-backed Time acquires BrandFX

Time Manufacturing Company, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, has acquired Fort Worth, Texas-based BrandFX, a maker of advanced composite service bodies, line bodies, inserts, toppers and covers. No financial terms were disclosed.
