Pisula Development and HSRE buys two Philadelphia medical office buildings
Pisula Development and Harrison Street Real Estate have acquired two Philadelphia-based medical office buildings that total 86,639 square feet. No financial terms were disclosed. Thomas Jefferson University Hospital currently leases about 47 percent of the acquired properties.
