Qiming Venture Partners raises $1.39bn

The Shanghai-headquartered VC firm closed three of its funds this month.

Qiming Venture Partners held a final close on three funds, which are Qiming Venture USD Fund VI at $935 million, Qiming Venture RMB Fund V at RMB2.1 billion, and Qiming U.S. Healthcare Fund I at $120 million.

Qiming Venture USD Fund VI will target venture capital investments in TMT and healthcare sectors in North America.

Qiming Venture RMB Fund V will target venture capital investments in TMT and clean tech sectors in China.

Qiming U.S. Healthcare Fund was launched in January 2017. It will target venture capital investments in healthcare sector in North America.
