Rexel secures €3.1bn fully financed bid for rival electrical business(3)

Global electrical business Rexel, owned by a consortium of three buyout firms, has made an offer to bolt-on European competitor Hagemeyer after signing an agreement to buy the stake of rival bidder Sonepar upon completion.
