Shorehill Capital acquires ownership stake in Triad

Shorehill Capital LLC has acquired an ownership stake in Vandalia, Ohio-based Triad Technologies LLC, a distributor of industrial fluid power and automation solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Twin Brook Capital Partners and Maranon Capital LP provided financing for the deal.
