SJ Berwin grows its French private equity practice

SJ Berwin, the UK headquartered law firm, has recruited Pierre-Louis Périn to build its private equity practice in Paris. Périn is a lawyer specialising in private equity and venture capital, capital investment, M&A and corporate law.

Périn was previously in the Paris office of Deloitte & Touche Juridique et Fiscal, the French arm of the global accountancy and consultancy firm, where he supervised a team of private equity managers.

Prior to that, Périn was an avocat for nearly four years at French law firm Giroux Buhagiar et Associés.
