SK Capital buys GEON Performance Solutions from PolyOne

SK Capital has acquired Avon Lake, Ohio-based GEON Performance Solutions, a provider of plastic compounded solutions. The seller was PolyOne Corporation. No financial terms were disclosed; however, a previous report of this news item tagged the value of the deal at about $775 million. The Valence Group acted as M&A adviser to SK Capital on the transaction with Latham & Watkins LLP providing legal counsel.
