Social+Capital to raise opportunity fund; Sozo gets $110 mln, Rise claims $59.6 mln
Social+Capital Partnership is raising a $150 million opportunity fund, according to a filing with the SEC. Meanwhile, Sozo Ventures has raised $110 million toward a $300 million fund, and Rise Capital Management has attracted $59.6 million toward a maiden fund, SEC filings show.
