TA Associates and Charlesbank to invest in HelpSystems

TA Associates and Charlesbank Capital Partners have agreed to provide financing to HelpSystems, a provider of IT operations management, security and analytics solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. The deal is expected to close in November 2019. HelpSystems is a portfolio company of HGGC.
