TA Associates invests in LIST SpA

TA Associates said Jan. 15 that it invested in LIST SpA. Financial terms weren’t announced LIST, of Pisa, Italy, provides trading and compliance software solutions and infrastructural services to financial institutions. Latham & Watkins LLP provided legal counsel and KPMG served as financial adviser to TA Associates. Nctm Studio Legale provided legal counsel and Studio MCCR served as financial adviser to LIST SpA.
