TCRS approves $125 million commitment

The US public pension has backed a global-focused fund.

Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System has approved a commitment to invest $125 million in GSO Energy Select Opportunities Fund II, spokeswoman Shelli King confirmed in an email.

The 45.79 billion US public pension has a 7 percent target allocation to private equity that currently stands at 3.83 percent.
