Texas ERS gears up for more PE

The US pension fund adjusts the portfolio mix and puts more attention to private equity investments.

The Employees Retirement System of Texas (Texas ERS) plans to steadily raise the allocation to private equity investments.

It targets to increase the allocation of PE investment from current 10 percent to 12 percent in the next one to two years and further push to 13 percent in the coming third and fourth years.
