Upland Software buys Adestra

Upland Software Inc said Dec. 13 that it acquired Adestra Ltd for $56 million. Adestra, of Oxford, England, provides email marketing, transaction and automation software. Adestra raised $7.2 million in Series A funding from Business Growth Fund in January 2016, PitchBook said. Shea & Co advised Adestra.
