Gilead Sciences Inc. has agreed to buy EpiTherapeutics ApS for $65 million. Denmark-based EpiTherapeutics develops cancer drugs based on epigenetics. EpiTherapeutics investors include NOVO Seeds, SEED Capital, Lundbeckfond Emerge, MS Ventures and Astellas Venture. Back Bay Life Science Advisors advised EpiTherapeutics.

Bitcoin Shop Inc. said Tuesday it has signed a Letter of Intent to merge with Spondoolies-Tech Ltd. Financial terms were not announced.
