Yellow Wood to acquire Dr. Scholl's brand from Bayer for $585 mln

Yellow Wood Partners has agreed to buy the Dr. Scholl's brand from Bayer. The purchase price is $585 million. Citi and Sawaya Partners provided financial advice to Bayer on the deal.
