Young Innovations buys MPL's professional dental contract unit

Young Innovations said Tuesday it has acquired the professional dental contract manufacturing division of Medical Products Laboratories Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. The MPL unit makes fluoride varnish, prophy paste and other materials used in preventive and restorative dental procedures. Young Innovations is a portfolio company of Linden Capital Partners.
