Britton Group Buys Unterland Flexible Packaging
The Britton Group, which is backed by Sun Capital Partners, has closed its buy of Unterland Flexible Packaging GmbH. The Mondi Group was the seller. Financial terms weren't disclosed. Unterland, of Austria, provides flexible plastic packaging for consumer and industrial applications.
