ONCAP invests in Ingersoll Tillage Group

ONCAP, Onex's mid-market private equity platform, has acquired a "substantial portion" of Ingersoll Tillage Group shares. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Hamilton, Ontario and Legazpi, Spain, ITG is a provider of agricultural and landscaping disc blades.
