AllianzGI to buy private credit manager Sound Harbor Partners

Allianz Global Investors has agreed to acquire Sound Harbor Partners, a private credit manager. No financial terms were disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of next year. Berkshire Capital Securities LLC served as M&A adviser on the deal.
