PE-backed Sweeping Corp buys Reilly Sweeping

Sweeping Corporation of America, a portfolio company of Soundcore Capital Partners, has acquired Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania-based Reilly Sweeping, a provider of parking lot and street sweeping services to the Mid-Atlantic region. No financial terms were disclosed. Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP provided legal counsel for Soundcore while Fox Rothschild LLP and HighBank Advisors provided legal and financial advice respectively to Reilly.
