KKR-backed Selecta Group to buy Gruppo Argenta

Selecta Group BV, a KKR portfolio company, has agreed to buy Gruppo Argenta SpA from Motion Equity Partners. Financial terms weren’t announced. Argenta is a vending and coffee service provider in Italy.
