GTCR-backed Ceba-Tech backs FPI

GTCR portfolio company Ceba-Tech Specialty Solutions has made an investment in Valencia, California-based Flavor Producers Inc, a provider of flavors and extracts for the food and beverage industries. No financial terms were disclosed. Kirkland & Ellis LLP provided legal counsel to GTCR while PricewaterhouseCoopers served as accounting adviser.
