RFE invests in ThreeBridge

RFE Investment Partners has recapitalized Minneapolis-based ThreeBridge Solutions LLC, an information technology and business consulting services provider. No financial terms were disclosed. As a result of this transaction, ThreeBridge CEO Jim Kelly and President Jason Elder will continue to lead the company and retain a "significant" ownership stake.
