Harvey Building Products acquires Thermo-Tech Windows & Doors

Harvey Building Products, a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, has acquired Sauk Rapids, Minnesota-based Thermo-Tech Windows & Doors, a maker of new and replacement windows and doors. No financial terms were disclosed. BB&T Capital Markets was the financial adviser to TTW on the deal. TTW was backed by Bounds Equity Partners and ORIX Mezzanine & Private Equity.
