Silver Lake invests in GoodRx

Silver Lake has made an investment in GoodRx, a provider of prescription and healthcare savings. No financial terms were disclosed. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and TripleTree LLC served as financial advisers to GoodRx while Kirkland & Ellis LLP and M&H LLP provided legal counsel. And, Ropes & Gray LLP and Epstein Becker & Green P.C. provided legal counsel to Silver Lake.
