Abacus Group buys Proactive Technologies

Abacus Group, a portfolio company of WestView Capital, closed its buy of Proactive Technologies. Financial terms weren’t announced. Proactive Technologies, of New York, provides IT services exclusively to hedge funds, private equity and other investment firms.
