AeroMetric Buys GMR Aerial, Watershed Sciences

AeroMetric, which is backed by Arlington Capital Partners, has agreed to buy GMR Aerial Surveys and Watershed Sciences to create Quantum Spatial. Financial terms weren't announced. Quantum Spatial provides location-based tools, analytics and data focused on the North American market.
