Apollo-backed ADT buys Secure Designs

ADT Inc said Aug. 7 that it has acquired Secure Designs. Financial terms weren’t announced. Secure Designs, of Greensboro, North Carolina, provides Internet security services for micro, small and mid-sized businesses. ADT, which went public earlier this year, is a portfolio company of Apollo Global Management.
