ArchiMed launchs 70 mln euro takeover of Bomi Italia

ArchiMed has launched a 70 million euro ($79.3 million) takeover bid for Bomi Italia. The transaction has the support of Bomi’s founding family and other shareholders that control about 70 percent of the company. Bomi is a medtech and pharma services provider.
