ArchiMed takeover of Bomi Group closes

ArchiMed said May 14 that its 70 million euro takeover of Bomi Group has closed. ArchiMed has acquired the more than 99 percent of Bomi Group, which provides transport, warehousing and supply chain management services for healthcare companies.
