ArcLight Capital exits North Sea Midstream Partners

ArcLight Capital Partners said Sept. 24 that it closed the sale of North Sea Midstream Partners to the Kuwait Investment Authority. North Sea Midstream Partners is a midstream infrastructure business in the North Sea, that processes approximately 25 percent of the UK's natural gas.
