ATK to Buy Bushnell for $985 Mln

ATK said Thursday that it has agreed to buy Bushnell Group Holdings. MidOcean Partners is the seller. ATK said it will pay $985 million in cash. The sale price represents a projected calendar 2013 EBITDA multiple of approximately 10 times. ATK said it has secured $900 million senior secured acquisition financing. Bushnell designs, makes and distributes branded sports optics, outdoor accessories and performance eyewear.
