Auroa completes Arc International Cookware acquisition
Aurora Resurgence, an affiliate of Aurora Capital Group, has closed its buy of Arc International Cookware S.A.S. and its subsidiaries, Arc International Cookware Spain & Portugal, Arc International Cookware Srl and Arc International Cookware Ltd. The seller was Arc International Group S.A. No financial terms were disclosed. The company will be re-named International Cookware effective immediately. Based in Paris, International Cookware is a maker of cookware products.
