Aurora Capital to Buy NTS

Aurora Capital Group has agreed to acquire National Technical Systems and is paying roughly $266.8 million, or $23 a share. The $23 offer price reflects a 38.7% premium to NTS' closing share price on Aug. 15 of $16.58. Calabasas, Calif.-based NTS provides engineering services to the aerospace, defense, telecommunications, automotive and high technology markets. Houlihan Lokey advised Aurora Capital NTS.
