Investcorp said March 3 that it completed its buy of 3i Group’s debt management business. This business, now called Investcorp Credit Management, has $21.4 billion in assets under management.

Onex Corp said March 3 that it completed its buy of Parkdean Resorts for 1.35 billion pounds ($1.65 billion). Parkdean Resorts operates a caravan of holiday parks in the United Kingdom. Onex Partners IV and certain limited partners as co-investors made an equity investment of $627 million. Onex' share of the investment as a Limited Partner in the Fund and as a co-investor was $170 million.

TA Associates said March 6 that it acquired a minority stake in Interswitch. Financial terms weren’t announced. Helios Investment Partners will remain the majority shareholder of Interswitch. Interswitch, of Lagos, Nigeria, is an Africa-focused digital payments and commerce company. Latham & Watkins served as legal counsel to TA Associates. Debevoise & Plimpton served as legal counsel to Helios Investment Partners.

Soundcore Capital Partners LLC has acquired Sweeping Corporation of America Inc. Financial terms weren’t allowed. Sweeping Corp, of Nashville, provides street sweeping, catch basin cleaning & ancillary services to the Southeast region of the United States. At the same time, Soundcore also acquired Sani-Tech JetVac Services LLC, which provides storm and waste water services for customers in the greater Southeast. Soundcore was advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Sentinel Capital Partners has acquired cabi Holdings Co LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. Cabi sells designer clothing to a female demographic through a network of approximately 3,500 independent stylists who conduct private shows in the homes of more than 78,000 hostesses.

Quad-C Management Inc said March 2 that it closed the sale of its portfolio investment Curvature LLC, which is merging with SMS Systems Maintenance Services. SMS Systems is backed by Partners Group. Financial terms weren’t announced. Curvature, of Santa Barbara, California, provides technical support, advanced hardware replacement, and complete lifecycle management of networking, server and storage equipment.
