American Capital Ltd. said Wednesday that it has agreed to establish American Capital CLO Fund I LP, a $450 million fund that invests in equity tranches of CLOs. The fund is buying $300 million of American Capital’s existing CLO equity portfolio and will have $150 million of investment capacity. The fund is expected to close in 90 days.

Mavis Tire Supply LLC, a portfolio company of ONCAP, has acquired Somerset Tire Service Inc. The ONCAP group -- which included Mavis founders, the Sorbary family, ONCAP and its LPs -- invested $48 million. Bridgewater, New Jersey-based Somerset is a tire retailer with 157 stores spread across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.

Digity LLC said Wednesday it has agreed to sell its radio station portfolio to Alpha Media. Financial terms weren’t announced. Garrison Investment Group LP and Dean Goodman own a majority of Digity. West Palm Beach, Florida-based Digity owns or operates 116 stations in 26 markets. Piper Jaffray served as advisor to Alpha Media. RBC Capital Markets LLC advised Digity Media.

Snap Kitchen said Tuesday it named David Kirchhoff its CEO. The company also said it completed a $22 million fundraise from existing investors Catterton and co-founder Bradley Radoff. Kirchhoff spent 13 years at Weight Watchers International most recently as its CEO. Austin-based Snap Kitchen provides healthy takeaway meals.
