ACON Investments LLC said Wednesday it has acquired Fiesta Mart LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. Fiesta is a Hispanic grocery chain in the United States with 60 stores throughout Texas. ACON said it also has hired Michael Byars as President and CEO of Fiesta. The Food Partners provided financial advice to ACON while Lazard advised Fiesta.

NEP Group Inc. said Wednesday that it has acquired Outside Broadcast NV and RecordLab TV & Media GmbH. Financial terms weren’t announced. Belgium-based Outside Broadcast provides solutions for outside broadcast. RecordLab, of Germany, supplies outside broadcast solutions for the sports and entertainment industries. Crestview Partners owns NEP.

Flextronics said Wednesday it agreed to acquire Mirror Controls International from Egeria in a deal valued at €457 million (US$494 million). Mirror Controls, of Woerden, the Netherlands, makes glass and powerfold mirror actuators for the automotive market.

Francisco Partners has agreed to buy ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. in a deal valued at about $438 million cash. Terms of the deal call for Francisco to pay $12.65 a share cash for each outstanding ClickSoftware share. ClickSoftware provides automated mobile workforce management and optimization products for the service industry. Jefferies LLC provided financial advice to ClickSoftware.
