Bain-backed HealthDrive to buy New England Geriatrics

HealthDrive, a portfolio company of Bain Capital Double Impact, said Feb. 13 that it agreed to buy New England Geriatrics. Financial terms weren’t announced. New England Geriatrics provides mental health services to underserved geriatric populations in Massachusetts.
