BC Partners to buy a majority of Synthon International

BC Partners said July 2 that it agreed to buy a majority of Synthon International Holding BV. Financial terms weren’t announced. Synthon Holding BV, the parent, is the seller. Synthon International, of Nijmegen, the Netherlands, develops complex generics.
