Bencis Capital Buys PE-Backed Desso

Private equity firm Bencis Capital Partners will acquire Desso Group BV, a textile flooring company based in The Netherlands and owned by NPM Capital. Financial terms of the deal were not released. Bencis Capital partners has offices in The Netherlands and Belgium.
