Bendon Buys Dalmation Press

Bendon, which is backed by The Wicks Group of Companies, has acquired Dalmation Press. The seller was Anderson Press Incorporated. Financial terms weren't announced. Franklin, Tenn-based Dalmatian mainly creates and markets children's coloring and activity materials, board books, and story books to large retailers and distributors located in the US.
