Blackstone, Kirbi seek buyer for Armacell: Bloomberg

Blackstone Group Inc and Kirbi AS have put Armacell International on the block, Bloomberg reported. Armacell, which makes specialized insulation products used by the International Space Station, could be valued at about 1.5 billion euros ($1.7 billion), the story said.
