Brentwood takes majority stake in Chicken Salad Chick

Brentwood Associates has acquired a majority stake in Chicken Salad Chick from Eagle Merchant Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Chicken Salad Chick is a fast-casual restaurant chain. North Point Advisors LLC advised Chicken Salad Chick on the transaction while King & Spalding LLP provided legal counsel.
